【摘要】：皮膚鏡是一種無創(chuàng)性圖像分析技術(shù),國外最初用于皮膚黑素細胞痣及黑素細胞瘤等色素性疾病的診斷與鑒別,近年在炎性皮膚病、感染性皮膚病及其他皮膚腫瘤等疾病的應(yīng)用中取得了較大進展。作為無創(chuàng)皮膚疾病檢查方法之一,皮膚鏡簡便靈活,不受皮損部位局限,在特殊部位如頭皮、甲、口唇及生殖器部位等都可以方便操作,在疾病的診斷及鑒別診斷中有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:Dermatoscopy is a noninvasive image analysis technique. It was originally used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pigmented diseases such as melanocytic nevus and melanoma in foreign countries. In recent years, dermatology has been used in inflammatory dermatosis. Great progress has been made in the application of infectious dermatoses and other diseases such as skin tumors. As one of the non-invasive skin disease examination methods, dermatoscope is simple and flexible, not limited by skin lesions, and can be operated conveniently in special areas such as scalp, nail, lip and genitalia, etc. It has certain reference value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of disease.
