【摘要】：目的檢測白癜風(fēng)患者外周血CD4~+、CD8~+T細胞及CD4~+CD25~+調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞(Treg)的水平,同時對退白顆粒聯(lián)合NB-UVB治療后兩者的水平進行檢測,探討兩者與該病的關(guān)系。方法采用流式細胞儀對120例白癜風(fēng)患者及30例健康對照組外周血CD4~+、CD8~+T細胞及CD4~+CD25~+Treg細胞水平進行檢測,同時120例患者分為3組,各40例。聯(lián)合治療組采用退白顆粒聯(lián)合NB-UVB治療、對照Ⅰ組采用單獨NB-UVB治療,對照Ⅱ組采用退白顆粒治療,療程為3月,對3組患者治療前后CD4~+/CD8~+比值及CD4~+CD25~+Treg水平與健康對照組進行比較。結(jié)果白癜風(fēng)患者外周血CD4~+T淋巴細胞明顯降低,而CD8~+T淋巴細胞則明顯升高,與健康對照組比較均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.01);進展期患者CD4~+/CD8~+比值明顯低于穩(wěn)定期(P0.01),穩(wěn)定期與健康對照組比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);白癜風(fēng)患者CD4~+CD25~+Treg細胞百分率明顯低于健康對照組(P0.01),且進展期患者CD4~+CD25~+Treg細胞比穩(wěn)定期下降更明顯(P0.01)。采用退白顆粒聯(lián)合NB-UVB治療后CD4~+/CD8~+比值及CD4~+CD25~+Treg明顯上調(diào),與單獨NB-UVB和單獨退白顆粒治療比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.01或P0.05)。結(jié)論 CD4~+/CD8~+比值的失衡與CD4~+CD25~+Treg數(shù)量的異�？赡軈⑴c了白癜風(fēng)的發(fā)病,退白顆粒聯(lián)合NB-UVB可能通過調(diào)節(jié)兩者的水平對該病發(fā)揮治療作用。
