【摘要】：患者男,20歲。右側(cè)軀干、左前胸皮疹20年。皮損組織病理示:表皮略呈疣狀增生,基底層色素增加,真皮淺層細(xì)血管周圍小片狀淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。頭顱磁共振成像(MRI)示右側(cè)頂葉軟化灶、萎縮改變。眼科B超示:右眼玻璃體機(jī)化可能。診斷:表皮痣綜合征。
[Abstract]:The patient was 20 years old. Right torso, left anterior chest rash for 20 years. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the epidermis appeared verrucous hyperplasia, the basal layer pigment increased, and the small lymphocytes infiltrated around the superficial dermal vessels. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed the right parietal malacia and atrophy. Ophthalmic B-ultrasound showed that the right eye vitreous organization may be. Diagnosis: epidermal nevus syndrome.
