白芍總苷聯(lián)合窄譜中波紫外線及卡泊三醇治療中度尋常性銀屑病78例療效分析

【摘要】：目的觀察白芍總苷(total glucosides of paeony,TGP)聯(lián)合窄譜中波紫外線(narrow band ultraviolet B light,NB-UVB)、卡泊三醇治療中度尋常性銀屑病的臨床療效和安全性。方法 154例中度尋常性銀屑病患者隨機(jī)分為治療組78例和對(duì)照組76例。兩組給予NB-UVB每周3次照射和卡泊三醇乳膏每日2次外用治療,此外,治療組給與白芍總苷膠囊600mg口服,3次/d。兩組療程均為8周。以銀屑病皮損面積和嚴(yán)重程度(PASI)評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)療效并記錄不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療8周后,治療組PASI評(píng)分(2.1±0.8)低于對(duì)照組(5.3±1.4),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組有效率(88.46%)高于對(duì)照組(73.68%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 TGP聯(lián)合NB-UVB、卡泊三醇治療中度尋常性銀屑病療效好,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of carpotriol combined with total glucoside of paeony (total glucosides of paeony,TGP) combined with narrow band ultraviolet B (narrow band ultraviolet B light,NB-UVB) in the treatment of moderate psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 154 patients with moderate psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 78) and control group (n = 76). The two groups were treated with NB-UVB three times a week and carpotriol cream twice a day. In addition, the treatment group was treated with 600mg, three times a day. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups. The (PASI) score of psoriasis lesion area and severity was used to evaluate the curative effect and to record adverse reactions. Results after 8 weeks of treatment, the PASI score of the treatment group (2.1 鹵0.8) was significantly lower than that of the control group (5.3 鹵1.4) (P0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group (88.46%) was higher than that of the control group (73.68%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion TGP combined with NB-UVB, carpotriol is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate psoriasis vulgaris.
