【摘要】：患兒男,8歲。面頸部、雙手反復(fù)出現(xiàn)水皰伴尿色發(fā)紅7年余。面容呈老態(tài),面部毳毛粗長,牙齒棕色Wood燈下有粉紅色熒光,指端毀形,暴露部位有較多萎縮性瘢痕。尿卟啉定性+++,血卟啉定性++。診斷為先天性紅細(xì)胞生成性卟啉病。
[Abstract]:The boy was 8 years old. Face neck, hands repeatedly appear blister with urine color redness for more than 7 years. The facial appearance is old, the facial vellus hair is long, the tooth brown Wood lamp has the pink fluorescence, the finger tip is destroyed, the exposed area has more atrophic scars. Urine porphyrin and hematoporphyrin. Diagnosis of congenital erythropoietic porphyria.
