【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒男,8 d。足月順產(chǎn),出生評分為9分。出生時即被發(fā)現(xiàn)左下肢有約5.2 cm×15.3 cm大小的先天性皮膚缺損(圖1a),上至膝蓋上緣,下至足背,深至皮膚真皮層,呈不規(guī)則的啞鈴形,膝蓋和腳踝處較寬,小腿處較窄,占總體表面積(TBSA)4%。缺損處表面紅潤,包裹著一層透明黏膜樣物質(zhì),滲出較多淡黃色液體,傷口無異味,局部腫脹明顯,足背呈角弓反張狀。2討論皮膚再生不良(aplasia cutis)又名先天性皮膚缺陷(congenita skin defect),是一種在新生兒表皮、真皮甚至皮下組織中出
[Abstract]:Clinical data: male, 8 days. The birth score was 9. At birth, congenital skin defects of the size of about 5.2 cm 脳 15. 3 cm were found in the left lower extremity (Fig. 1a), from the upper edge of the knee to the back of the foot, to the dermis of the skin, with irregular dumbbell shapes, wider knees and ankles, and narrower shins. The total surface area of (TBSA) was 4%. The surface of the defect is ruddy, wrapped in a layer of transparent mucosal material, oozing a lot of yellowish liquid, the wound has no peculiar smell, and the local swelling is obvious. The back of the foot is in the form of angle arch. 2 discussion (aplasia cutis) is a kind of newborn epidermis, dermis and even subcutaneous tissue.
