【摘要】：目的利用皮膚鏡觀察黃金微針聯(lián)合水光注射療法并外用重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子(rbbFGF)在面部年輕化作用中的療效。方法納入面部肌膚自然老化患者20例女性,年齡30~55歲,先給予多源射頻治療儀黃金微針注射注射至真皮層,能量范圍13~16 W,水光注射儀注射用無交聯(lián)透明質(zhì)酸注射至真皮淺層,使用劑量2mL,治療后連續(xù)每天使用rb-bFGF,根據(jù)皮膚治療后干燥情況1天3~5次,共7d。每次治療后借助JEDA皮膚鏡進行觀察,臨床醫(yī)生根據(jù)色斑、皺紋、肌膚紋理、毛孔等綜合評估治療效果,同時患者行自我滿意度量表評估。結(jié)果患者經(jīng)過兩次相控微針結(jié)合水光注射治療并使用rb-bFGF后,面部輪廓緊實,膚質(zhì)改善明顯,皮膚鏡客觀評價皮膚細膩程度、皮膚紋理,皮膚水分情況改善明顯,主觀滿意程度較高。結(jié)論黃金微針聯(lián)合水光注射治療并外用rb-bFGF,為面部年輕化提供了較好的聯(lián)合治療方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of golden microneedle combined with water light injection and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rbbFGF) on facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 20 female patients with natural aging of facial skin, aged 30 to 55 years, were treated with multi-source radiofrequency microneedle injection into the dermis. The energy range was 1316 W, and the water photoinjector was injected into the superficial dermis with uncrosslinked hyaluronic acid. The dosage was 2 mL and rb-bFGF, was used continuously daily according to the dry condition of skin treatment for 3 days and 5 times for 7 days. After each treatment, JEDA was used to observe, the clinician evaluated the therapeutic effect according to the color spots, wrinkles, skin texture, pores and so on, and the patients were evaluated with self-satisfaction scale. Results after two phase controlled microneedle therapy combined with water light injection and rb-bFGF, the facial contour was tight, the skin quality was improved obviously, the skin fine degree was objectively evaluated by dermatoscope, the skin texture and the skin moisture condition were improved obviously. Subjective satisfaction is higher. Conclusion Gold microneedle combined with water light injection and external use of rb-bFGF, can provide a better combination therapy for facial rejuvenation.
