【摘要】：第一章目的：評價ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA的敏感性和特異性,找出cutoff值。 方法：ND-O-BSA-IgM酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果：ND-O-BSA在血清濃度1：100時,cutoff取0.08時,敏感性93.1%,特異性77.3%(P0.05)；在血清濃度1：200時,cutoff值為0.05時的敏感性為79.3%,特異性72.3%(P0.05)。修訂后cutoff值為0.1,敏感性為77.6%,特異性為79.1%。結(jié)論：ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA在血清濃度1：100實(shí)驗(yàn)敏感性和特異性均較好,并可以早期預(yù)測麻風(fēng)病人。 第二章目的：評價MMPⅡ-IgG-ELISA的敏感性和特異性,找出cutoff值。方法：MMPⅡ-IgG酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果：MMPⅡ在血清濃度1：100時,cutoff值取0.12時敏感性81%,特異性76.3%；血清濃度在1：200時,cutoff值為0.08時敏感性86.2%,特異性76.5%。修訂后cutoff值為0.08,敏感性84.5%,特異性80.4%。結(jié)論：MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA在血清濃度1：200實(shí)驗(yàn)敏感性和特異性均較好,并可以早期預(yù)測麻風(fēng)病人。 第三章目的：評價ND-O-BSA-ELISA和MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA的敏感性和特異性。方法：統(tǒng)計比較檢驗(yàn)修訂后的兩種抗原的敏感性和特異性。結(jié)果：由于與結(jié)核患者血清存在交叉反應(yīng),MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA的敏感性和特異性較ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA and find out the value of cutoff. Methods: ND-O-BSA-IgM enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: the sensitivity of ND-O-BSA was 93. 1% at 1: 100 and 0.08 at cutoff, and the specificity was 77.3% (P0.05) at 1: 200, and 79.3% and 72.3% at 1: 200, respectively. The revised cutoff value was 0.1, the sensitivity was 77.6 and the specificity was 79.1. Conclusion: the sensitivity and specificity of ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA in serum concentration of 1: 100 are good, and early prediction of leprosy patients.
