【摘要】：目的探討青鵬軟膏聯(lián)合丁酸氫化可的松外用治療慢性濕疹的療效和安全性。方法選擇2012年7月-2013年1月在本科門診就診的75例慢性濕疹患者,用隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為外用青鵬軟膏聯(lián)合丁酸氫化可的松治療組(43例)和單用丁酸氫化可的松乳膏外搽的對照組(32例),均連續(xù)治療3周后判定療效,隨訪2周觀察復發(fā)情況和記錄不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療3周后,治療組有效率(81.40%)和對照組(78.12%)的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。停藥2周后,治療組復發(fā)率(5.71%)明顯低于對照組(28.00%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論青鵬軟膏聯(lián)合丁酸氫化可的松乳膏外用治療慢性濕疹的療效好,復發(fā)率低,且不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of Qingpeng ointment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 75 patients with chronic eczema were selected from July 2012 to January 2013. The patients were randomly divided into Qingpeng ointment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate treatment group (43 cases) and control group (32 cases) treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment for 3 weeks. Follow-up for 2 weeks to observe recurrence and record adverse reactions. Results after 3 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group (81.40%) was not significantly different from that of the control group (78.12%) (P0.05). After 2 weeks, the recurrence rate in the treatment group (5.71%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (28.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Qingpeng ointment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream is effective in treating chronic eczema with low recurrence rate and less adverse reactions.
