【摘要】：報(bào)告1例多發(fā)性鮑恩病�；颊吲�,46歲。全身散在多發(fā)丘疹、斑塊伴瘙癢4年余�；颊咴猩轭惢衔锝佑|史,停止接觸10余年后發(fā)病。皮膚科檢查:右側(cè)肩部、雙側(cè)腕部、小腿及雙足散在分布十余個大小不等圓形及不規(guī)則形暗紅色丘疹、斑塊,0.5 cm×0.5 cm~3.0 cm×2.5 cm,表面干燥,部分皮損表面附著厚痂皮及鱗屑,邊界清楚,右側(cè)腕部皮疹表面痂皮脫落,基底輕微糜爛、滲出,黏膜部位未見累及。皮損組織病理檢查:表皮不規(guī)則增生肥厚,細(xì)胞排列紊亂,非典型增生,可見角化不良細(xì)胞及病理性核分裂象。診斷:多發(fā)性鮑恩病。
[Abstract]:A case of multiple Bao En's disease was reported. The patient was 46 years old. Multiple papules scattered throughout the body, plaque with pruritus for more than 4 years. The patient had a history of exposure to arsenic compounds and developed the disease more than 10 years after stopping exposure. Dermatology examination: the right shoulder, bilateral wrist, lower legs and feet were scattered in more than ten irregular dark red papules of different sizes. The plaques were dry on 0. 5 cm 脳 0. 5 cm~3.0 cm 脳 2. 5 cm, and some of the lesions were covered with thick scabs and scales. The boundaries were clear. The skin of the right wrist rash was exfoliated, the base was slightly erosive, exudate, and the mucous membrane was not involved. Histopathological examination showed irregular hypertrophy of epidermis, disorder of cell arrangement, atypical hyperplasia, dyskeratosis and pathological mitosis. Diagnosis: multiple Bao En's disease.
