Ezrin (Ezrin) is a bridging protein that connects a cell membrane protein with actin-actin, which has the ability to maintain cell morphology and movement, attach adhesion molecules, and modulate signals. transduction, etc. It has been found that it mainly affects the differentiation, invasion and metastasis of tumor by adhesion molecule on the surface of tumor cells, and aquaporin (AQPs) is a kind of rapid transit water. the membrane whole protein, the main distribution of water channel protein on the skin is aquaporin-3, AQP3 (AQP3). It is found that AQP3 is involved in many physiological and pathological processes, and its high expression is related to the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor. To investigate the expression of Ezrin protein and AQP3 in the squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, to explore their significance in the development of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin and their correlation with clinicopathological features, and to explore the relationship between them and the squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.
