【摘要】：目的:探討陷窩蛋白(caveolin)-1和磷酸化細(xì)胞外信號(hào)調(diào)控蛋白激酶(p-ERK)在尖銳濕疣(CA)組織中的表達(dá)及在CA發(fā)病中的作用和意義。方法:采用免疫組化En Vision法檢測(cè)40例CA患者組織(CA組)和12例正常人包皮組織(正常對(duì)照組)中caveolin-1和p-ERK的表達(dá)和分布,比較二者在2組標(biāo)本中棘層和基底層的表達(dá)差異及相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:1CA組與正常對(duì)照組相比,在棘層中caveolin-1的表達(dá)顯著下降(P0.05),p-ERK的表達(dá)顯著上升(P0.05),在基底層中caveolin-1和p-ERK的表達(dá)均無(wú)差異(P0.05);2Caveolin-1和p-ERK在CA組棘層中表達(dá)呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:CA皮損組織棘層中caveolin-1表達(dá)下降,p-ERK表達(dá)上升,二者的表達(dá)成負(fù)相關(guān),caveolin-1表達(dá)下調(diào)可能引起ERK1/2信號(hào)通路活化加強(qiáng),參與CA的發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of (caveolin)-1 and phosphorylated extracellular signal regulated protein kinase (p-ERK) in condyloma acuminatum (CA) and its role in the pathogenesis of CA. Methods: immunohistochemical En Vision method was used to detect the expression and distribution of caveolin-1 and p-ERK in the tissues of 40 CA patients (CA group) and 12 normal prepuce tissues (normal control group). To compare the difference and correlation between the two groups in the expression of spinous layer and basal layer. Results compared with the control group, the expression of caveolin-1 in the spinous layer was significantly decreased (P0.05) and the expression of p-ERK in the basal layer was significantly increased (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of caveolin-1 and p-ERK in the basal layer (P0.05). The expression of Caveolin-1 and p-ERK in the spinous layer of the CA group was negatively correlated (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of caveolin-1 decreased and p-ERK increased in the spinous layer of the lesions. There was a negative correlation between the expression of pcaveolin-1 and the expression of p-ERK. The down-regulation of the expression of pcaveolin-1 may lead to the increased activation of ERK1/2 signaling pathway and participate in the pathogenesis of CA.
