【摘要】：目的探討皮膚纖維瘤的臨床與病理特點(diǎn),提高皮膚科醫(yī)生對本病的認(rèn)識。方法回顧性分析2007年12月-2013年5月本院門診收治的38例皮膚纖維瘤患者的臨床和組織病理資料。結(jié)果皮膚纖維瘤患者中,男女比例為1∶2.2,平均發(fā)病年齡為(42.1±15.3)歲。14例(36.84%)患者皮損位于下肢,35例(92.11%)皮損單發(fā)。組織病理分型中以纖維型最為常見(28例,73.68%),其次為細(xì)胞型(8例,21.05%),血管瘤型最少見(2例,5.26%),腫瘤均位于真皮層,且多伴有表皮增生(31例,81.58%),并以銀屑病樣增生(14例,36.84%)和脂溢性角化病樣增生(12例,31.58%)為主。結(jié)論皮膚纖維瘤好發(fā)于中年女性的下肢部位,皮損單發(fā)者多見,組織病理學(xué)分型中以纖維型更為常見,多伴有表皮銀屑病樣或脂溢性角化病樣增生,將組織病理與臨床表現(xiàn)相結(jié)合有助于本病的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and pathological features of cutaneous fibroma and to improve dermatologists' understanding of the disease. Methods the clinical and histopathological data of 38 patients with cutaneous fibroma treated in our hospital from December 2007 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results the ratio of male to female was 1: 2.2, and the average age of onset was (42.1 鹵15.3) years old (36.84%). 35 cases (92.11%) had skin lesions located in lower extremities. The most common histopathological types were fibrous type (28 cases, 73.68%), cell type (8 cases, 21.05%) and hemangioma type (2 cases, 5.26%). The tumors were located in the dermis. Most of them were associated with epidermis hyperplasia (31 cases, 81.58%), psoriatic hyperplasia (14 cases, 36.84%) and seborrheic keratosis (12 cases, 31.58%). Conclusion Dermatofibroma is more common in the lower extremities of middle aged women, and is more common in the histopathological classification with epidermal psoriasis or seborrheic keratosis. The combination of histopathology and clinical manifestations is helpful for the diagnosis of this disease.
