【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)阿維A聯(lián)合白芍總苷治療銀屑病的臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Cochrane Library、Pub Med和Embase等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),收集全部有關(guān)阿維A聯(lián)合白芍總苷治療銀屑病的臨床對(duì)照試驗(yàn),其檢索時(shí)間為建庫(kù)到2016年10月。根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提取資料及評(píng)價(jià)質(zhì)量后,運(yùn)用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)里的RevMan 5.3軟件對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果納入8篇文獻(xiàn)。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:阿維A聯(lián)合白芍總苷治療組的總有效率[OR=3.15,95%CI(2.04,4.86),P0.01]和PASI評(píng)分改善[WMD=-2.05,95%CI(-2.74,-1.36),P0.05]優(yōu)于單純阿維A;阿維A聯(lián)合白芍總苷的口唇干裂、眼干、皮膚干燥及瘙癢、肝功能異常和血脂增高的發(fā)生率均低于單純阿維A(P0.05),但鼻出血發(fā)生率兩組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論阿維A聯(lián)合白芍總苷治療銀屑病能夠提高臨床療效和降低不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of Avera combined with total glucoside of paeony in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods Cochrane Library,Pub Med and Embase databases were searched by computer and all the clinical controlled trials of Avera combined with total glucoside of paeony were collected. The retrieval time of the database was established until October 2016. After extracting data and evaluating quality according to the inclusion standard, the inclusion literature was analyzed by using RevMan 5.3 software of Cochrane cooperation network. Results the results of meta analysis showed that the total effective rate [OR=3.15,95%CI (2.04 鹵4.86) P 0.01] and the improvement of PASI score (WMD=-2.05,95%CI (-2.74% -1.36) P 0.05) in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the dry, dry and pruritus of mouth, eye, dry skin of Avera combined with total glucoside of Paeoniae Alba were better than that of Avera alone. The incidence of liver dysfunction and hyperlipidemia were lower than that of Avera alone (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of epistaxis between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Avera combined with total glucoside of paeony can improve the clinical efficacy and decrease the adverse reaction of psoriasis.
