【摘要】： 目的研究帶狀皰疹患者外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞中Toll樣受體(TLR) TLR2、4、9mRNA的表達(dá)情況,并探討其與帶狀皰疹的發(fā)病關(guān)系。方法采用SYBER Green I實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR方法檢測(cè)30例帶狀皰疹患者和20例正常人的外周血單一核細(xì)胞中TLR2、TLR4、TLR9mRNA的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果帶狀皰疹患者與正常人對(duì)照,其外周血單一核細(xì)胞中TLR2、TLR4、TLR9mRNA的表達(dá)水平均明顯升高,其中TLR2(t=2.23,P=0.031),TLR4(t=2.32,P=0.028),TLR9(t=2.27,P=0.031),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論帶狀皰疹患者外周血單一核細(xì)胞中TLR2、TLR4、TLR9mRNA的表達(dá)水平都明顯升高,推測(cè)：在帶狀皰疹患者的發(fā)病過(guò)程中,TLR2、TLR4、TLR9mRNA可能參與了水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒的識(shí)別及抗病毒免疫。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Toll like receptor (TLR) TLR2,4,9mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with herpes zoster and its relationship with herpes zoster. Methods the expression of TLR2,TLR4,TLR9mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of 30 herpes zoster patients and 20 normal controls was detected by SYBER Green I real time quantitative PCR. Results the expression of TLR2,TLR4,TLR9mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with herpes zoster was significantly higher than that in normal controls. The expression of TLR4 (TLR4) was significantly higher in patients with herpes zoster than that in normal controls, and there was statistical difference (P0.05) in the expression of TLR9 (TLR9) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with herpes zoster and normal controls (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of TLR2,TLR4,TLR9mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with herpes zoster is significantly increased. It is speculated that TLR2TLR4 and TLR9 mRNA may be involved in the recognition of varicella-zoster virus and antiviral immunity in patients with herpes zoster.
