【摘要】：目的:觀察GCDFP-15與p63在Paget病與Paget樣Bowen病中的表達情況及意義。 方法:選擇資料完整的1996年~2010年吉林大學第二醫(yī)院皮膚科病理診斷的Paget病和Paget樣Bowen病,其中乳房Paget病10例,均為女性,乳外Paget病15例,14例為男性,1例女性。Paget病GCDFP-15陽性片及普通Bowen病的表皮p63陽性片作為各標志的陽性對照;PBS液代替一抗的Paget病和Paget樣Bowen病作為陰性對照,對兩種疾病進行HE染色和p63、GCDFP-15的免疫組化(SP法)染色,DAB顯色。結果判定:GCDFP-15為胞漿著色,p63胞核著色,Paget病中Paget細胞被染為棕褐色即判為陽性;Paget樣Bowen病中Paget樣細胞被染成棕褐色即判定陽性。 結果:10例MPD中3例GCDFP-15陽性表達(3/10),15例EMPD中4例GCDFP-15陽性表達(4/15),25例Paget病中共7例陽性表達;11例Paget樣Bowen病中GCDFP-15全部陰性。P63在25例Paget病中全部陰性,11例Paget樣Bowen病10例陽性。 結論:1、Paget病中GCDFP-15陽性率較低,陽性時可以鑒別Paget病與Paget樣Bowen病,陰性時則不能鑒別,敏感性較低。2、p63在Bowen病中過表達,空泡細胞的陽性率較高,Paget病中Paget細胞陰性表達或陽性率較低,p63可以用來鑒別Paget病和Paget樣Bowen病,且認為優(yōu)于GCDFP-15。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the expression and significance of GCDFP-15 and p63 in Paget disease and Paget like Bowen disease. Methods: Paget disease and Paget like Bowen disease diagnosed by pathology in Department of Dermatology, second Hospital of Jilin University from 1996 to 2010 were selected. 10 cases of Paget disease of breast were all female. Fifteen patients with extramammary Paget's disease (14 / 14) were male / female with GCDFP-15 positive film and common Bowen's disease with epidermis p63 positive film instead of the first antibody Paget's disease and Paget's like Bowen's disease as the negative control, and the epidermis p63 positive film of the common Bowen's disease was used as the negative control. The two diseases were stained with HE and p63 GCDFP-15 by SP staining. Results Paget cells were found to be positive in Paget's disease in which Paget cells were stained brown. Paget like cells were found to be positive in Paget's disease. Results in 10 cases of MPD, 3 cases (3 / 10) of GCDFP-15 positive expression (3 / 10) and 15 cases of EMPD, 4 cases (4 / 15) of Paget disease, 7 cases of Paget like Bowen disease, 7 cases of GCDFP-15 negative. P63 were all negative in 25 cases of Paget disease and 11 cases of Paget like Bowen disease. Conclusion the positive rate of GCDFP-15 is lower in the disease of Paget. It can differentiate Paget disease from Paget like Bowen disease when it is positive, but it can not be distinguished when it is negative, and the sensitivity is low. 2p63 is overexpressed in Bowen disease. The positive rate of vacuolar cells is higher. The negative expression or positive rate of Paget cells in Paget's disease is lower. P63 can be used to differentiate Paget disease from Paget like Bowen disease, and it is better than GCDFP-15..
