【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者女,29歲。因面部疼痛性紅色斑塊伴間斷發(fā)熱1年余,于2012年11月28日就診于我院皮膚科�；颊哂�1年多前無(wú)明顯誘因右側(cè)面部出現(xiàn)一紅色丘疹,逐漸發(fā)展成紅色水腫性斑塊,伴觸痛,日曬后加重,同時(shí)間斷發(fā)熱,為弛張熱,最高達(dá)38.9℃,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院診斷為"皮膚結(jié)核",予口服利福平0.75 g,異煙肼0.3 g,均每日1次,1年余,無(wú)好轉(zhuǎn)。患者自發(fā)病以來(lái)自覺(jué)乏力,無(wú)關(guān)節(jié)疼痛及口腔潰瘍,發(fā)病前無(wú)服藥史。8
