【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,91歲。1周前患者無(wú)明顯誘因右腰臀部出現(xiàn)紅斑和水皰,伴有劇烈的陣發(fā)性刺痛,未予治療,疼痛加劇。發(fā)病以來(lái),無(wú)發(fā)熱、頭痛、惡心和嘔吐等。既往史:15年前行拖出式直腸癌切除術(shù),至今未見(jiàn)復(fù)發(fā);有前列腺增生(BPH)病史5年,間斷口服非那雄胺片(杭州默沙東制藥有限公司生產(chǎn))10mg(1次/d)、鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊(安斯泰來(lái)制藥中國(guó)有限公司生
[Abstract]:(1) Clinical data of 91 years old patients before 1 weeks of age, there was no obvious inducement to the right waist and buttocks to appear erythema and blister, accompanied by severe paroxysmal stinging pain, untreated, and the pain was aggravated. Since onset, no fever, headache, nausea and vomiting, etc. Past history: 15 years after pulling out rectal cancer resection, so far no recurrence, prostate hyperplasia with (BPH) history of 5 years, Intermittent oral administration of fenasteride tablets (produced by Hangzhou Mersaletin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) 10mg (1 / d), Tanzoloxin Hydrochloride sustained-release capsule (Ansteilai Pharmaceutical China Co., Ltd.)
