【摘要】：目的觀察足三里穴位自血療法聯(lián)合地氯雷他定治療膽堿能性蕁麻疹的臨床療效。方法將44例膽堿能性蕁麻疹的患者按照隨機原則分為治療組和對照組,每組22例。兩組患者均給予地氯雷他定片口服,10 mg/次,1次/d,治療組加用雙側足三里穴位自血療法,2次/周。療程4周,觀察兩組臨床療效。結果治療組總有效率為81.8%,對照組為50.0%,兩組療效比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組治療后復發(fā)率為25.0%,對照組為83.3%,兩組療效比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論足三里穴位自血療法聯(lián)合地氯雷他定治療膽堿能性蕁麻疹具有更好的臨床療效,適合在膽堿能性蕁麻疹臨床治療中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Zusanli acupoint self-blood therapy combined with desloratadine in the treatment of cholinergic urticaria. Methods 44 patients with cholinergic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 22) and control group (n = 22). The patients in both groups were given desloratadine orally for 10 mg/ d, and the treatment group were treated with bilateral Zusanli acupoint self-blood therapy twice a week. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed for 4 weeks. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.8 and that of the control group was 50.0.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The recurrence rate was 25.0 in the treatment group and 83.3 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Zusanli self-blood therapy combined with desloratadine has better clinical effect on cholinergic urticaria and is suitable for clinical treatment of cholinergic urticaria.
