【摘要】：目的了解貴州省麻風(fēng)病密切接觸者麻風(fēng)病核心知識(shí)知曉情況,為今后制定貴州省麻風(fēng)病健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)貴州省2005年1月1日—2013年12月31日發(fā)現(xiàn)的所有存活的麻風(fēng)病患者的密切接觸者進(jìn)行入戶調(diào)查,采用麻風(fēng)病問卷評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)麻風(fēng)病核心知識(shí)的知曉情況。結(jié)果 5 497名調(diào)查對(duì)象中,答對(duì)≥5題被調(diào)查者數(shù)為4 275人,核心知識(shí)知曉率為77.77%,單一核心信息知曉率在70.00%~84.00%;密切接觸者獲得核心知識(shí)的主要來源為宣傳材料(47.88%,2 562人),其次為通過家人、朋友或同事獲得(46.72%,2 500人)和醫(yī)生咨詢(44.70%,2 392人);女性、13歲~及≥60歲人群,小學(xué)以下文化程度是影響知曉率水平的主要因素。結(jié)論麻風(fēng)病密切接觸者麻風(fēng)病防治核心知識(shí)知曉率較高,可嘗試?yán)盟麄儗?duì)周圍人群進(jìn)行健康宣傳。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of leprosy core knowledge among leprosy close contacts in Guizhou province, and to provide scientific basis for formulating leprosy health education in Guizhou province in the future.
