【摘要】：目的探討5%5-氨基酮戊酸光動(dòng)力治療面部中重度痤瘡的有效性及安全性。方法 38例面部中重度痤瘡患者,給予5%5-氨基酮戊酸光動(dòng)力治療,每10d治療1次,連續(xù)3次。治療結(jié)束后每2周隨訪,共隨訪8周,對(duì)患者進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)并記錄不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 38例患者經(jīng)3次治療后,痊愈18例,顯效16例,有效3例,無(wú)效1例,有效率為89.47%;在治療結(jié)束后隨訪第2周,4周時(shí),有效率分別為92.11%和94.74%;隨訪第8周時(shí),18例痊愈患者中有2例復(fù)發(fā),有效率仍達(dá)到92.11%。3次治療結(jié)束后Ⅱ級(jí)痤瘡患者13例,痊愈8例,有效率100.00%;Ⅲ級(jí)痤瘡患者14例,痊愈7例,有效率92.86%;Ⅳ級(jí)痤瘡患者11例,痊愈3例,有效率72.73%,痤瘡中度患者較重度患者療效好。治療后局部?jī)H有輕度紅斑、水腫,個(gè)別患者出現(xiàn)膿皰、皮膚干燥,不影響治療。結(jié)論 5%5-氨基酮戊酸光動(dòng)力治療是一種安全、簡(jiǎn)單、高效、不良反應(yīng)輕且停藥后仍然有后續(xù)作用的治療中重度痤瘡的極佳方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for moderate and severe facial acne. Methods 38 patients with moderate and severe facial acne were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy once every 10 days for 3 consecutive times. The patients were followed up every 2 weeks for 8 weeks. Results after 3 treatments, 18 cases were cured, 16 cases were effective, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the effective rate was 89.47%.
