【摘要】：目的:檢測濕疹患兒常見的過敏原,尋找兒童濕疹可能的過敏促發(fā)因素,為其治療及預(yù)防提供依據(jù)。方法:采用Mediwiss公司AllergyScreen Analytic GmbH過敏原檢測系統(tǒng),對(duì)872例濕疹患兒進(jìn)行血清特異性IgE(specific IgE,sIgE)和總IgE檢測,并在不同年齡組間進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:872例濕疹患兒slgE陽性690例(79.13%),總IgE陽性709例(81.30%)。其中吸入性過敏原最常見的依次為戶塵螨(34.60%)、點(diǎn)青霉(22.71%)、屋塵(16.28%)和狗毛皮屑(10.89%);食物性過敏原中,最常見的依次為牛奶(36.12%)、羊肉(22.94%)、雞蛋白(20.07%)和牛肉(13.88%)。比較1歲組,1~3歲組和3歲組,戶塵螨、屋塵、狗毛皮屑、點(diǎn)青霉、雞蛋白、牛奶、羊肉和蟹的sIgE陽性率的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:戶塵螨、點(diǎn)青霉和屋塵是濕疹患兒最主要的吸入性過敏原,牛奶、羊肉、雞蛋白是濕疹患兒最常見的食物性過敏原。隨年齡增大,吸入性過敏原逐步取代食物成為主要過敏原。血清sIgE檢測為濕疹患兒提示了相關(guān)過敏原,可以針對(duì)性地回避相關(guān)過敏原。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the common allergens in children with eczema and to find out the possible anaphylaxis factors in children with eczema, and to provide evidence for the treatment and prevention of eczema. Methods: the serum specific IgE (specific IgE,sIgE and total IgE of 872 children with eczema were detected by AllergyScreen Analytic GmbH allergen detection system of Mediwiss Company, and were compared among different age groups. Results slgE was positive in 690 cases (79.13%) and total IgE in 709 cases (81.30%) in 872 cases of eczema. The most common allergens were dust mites (34.60%), penicillium (22.71%), house dust (16.28%) and dog hair dandruff (10.89%), the most common allergens were milk (36.12%), mutton (22.94%), egg white (20.07%) and beef (13.88%). There were significant differences in sIgE positive rate between 3 year old group and 3 year old group, house dust, dog hair dandruff, penicillium, egg white, milk, mutton and crab (P0.05). Conclusion: dust mites, penicillium and house dust are the most common food allergens in children with eczema. Milk, mutton and egg white are the most common food allergens in children with eczema. With age, inhaled allergens gradually replace foods as major allergens. The detection of serum sIgE indicated the related allergens in children with eczema and could avoid the related allergens.
