【摘要】：目的分析巨大型尖銳濕疣的臨床及病理特征,為臨床醫(yī)生診治本病提供參考。方法對2002年4月-2012年12月資料完整的17例巨大型尖銳濕疣臨床特征、組織病理、治療及預(yù)后進行分析。結(jié)果 17例巨大型尖銳濕疣主要發(fā)生在外陰、肛周等部位,外觀呈球形、條索形、分葉狀等不同形態(tài),表面呈菜花狀、乳頭狀,體積均超過核桃大小。女性患者12例,男性5例。病理表現(xiàn)典型,可見角化過度、角化不全、乳頭瘤樣增生、棘層肥厚、挖空細胞等基本特點。采用綜合治療,隨訪期間未見癌變病例。結(jié)論巨大型尖銳濕疣臨床相對少見,目前對巨大型尖銳濕疣在診斷標準、病理性質(zhì)、規(guī)范化診療、臨床預(yù)后等方法缺乏共識,提高臨床醫(yī)生對本病的本質(zhì)認識有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical and pathological features of giant condyloma acuminatum. Methods the clinical features, histopathology, treatment and prognosis of 17 cases of giant condyloma acuminatum from April 2002 to December 2012 were analyzed. Results 17 cases of giant condyloma acuminatum mainly occurred in vulva, perianal and other parts. The appearance of the condyloma acuminatum was spherical, striped and lobed, the surface was cauliflower, papillary, and the volume of walnut exceeded the size of walnut. There were 12 female patients and 5 males. The pathological features were typical, hyperkeratosis, dyskeratosis, papillomatous hyperplasia, hypertrophy of spinous layer and hollowed cells. Comprehensive treatment was used and no cancer was found during the follow-up period. Conclusion Giant condyloma acuminatum is relatively rare in clinical practice. At present, there is a lack of consensus on the diagnostic criteria, pathological properties, standardized diagnosis and treatment, clinical prognosis and other methods of giant condyloma acuminatum. It is of great significance to improve the essential understanding of the disease by clinicians.
