【摘要】：正患者男,15歲。因左側(cè)軀干及手臂丘疹、斑塊15年,于2012年8月來(lái)我科就診。患者出生時(shí)即發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)軀干及手臂有米粒大、顏色與皮膚顏色相似、手感粗糙的丘疹。6年前,皮損顏色開(kāi)始由膚色逐漸加深為褐色,隨著患者年齡增長(zhǎng),皮損逐漸增厚、顏色進(jìn)一步加深呈深褐色,部分皮損表面附著少許灰白色鱗屑,皮損范圍及數(shù)量沒(méi)有明顯變化,亦無(wú)疼痛、瘙癢等癥狀�；颊咴�5歲、10歲時(shí)在當(dāng)?shù)仄つw病防治中心就
[Abstract]:The patient is 15 years old. Due to left torso and arm papules, plaque for 15 years, in August 2012. The patient was born with a large grain of rice on his left torso and arm, similar to the color of the skin, and a rough hand papules. Six years ago, the color of the lesions began to deepen from the complexion to brown, and as the patient grew older, the lesions gradually thickened. The color further deepened and appeared dark brown, some of the lesions were attached to a little gray and white scales, the range and quantity of the lesions had no obvious changes, and there were no symptoms such as pain and itching. The patient was at the local dermatology prevention and treatment center at the age of 5 to 10.
