【摘要】：目的觀察小劑量潑尼松聯(lián)合異維A酸治療中重度痤瘡的臨床療效。方法中重度痤瘡患者240例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,各120例。治療組口服潑尼松15或20 mg,qm,2周后停服,異維A酸膠囊20或30 mg,qn;對(duì)照組僅口服異維A酸膠囊20或30 mg,qn。兩組異維A酸膠囊的療程均為12周。結(jié)果治療組和對(duì)照組有效率分別為98.33%,93.33%(P0.05);痊愈率分別為80.83%,70.83%(P0.05)。治療后的第2,4,6,8周,治療組的有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05或P0.01)。治療后的第4,6,8周,治療組痊愈率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05或P0.01)。治療組和對(duì)照組的平均起效時(shí)間分別為5.94和13.88 d(P0.05)。結(jié)論小劑量、短療程的潑尼松聯(lián)合異維A酸治療中重度痤瘡起效快,療效好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of low-dose prednisone combined with isoretinoic acid in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods 240 patients with moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 120) and control group (n = 120). The treatment group was given prednisone for 15 or 20 mg / g QMU for 2 weeks, isotinic acid capsule was 20 or 30 mg / kg QN, while the control group was only given isotinic acid capsule 20 or 30 mg / qn. The course of treatment of isoretinoic acid capsules in both groups was 12 weeks. Results the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 98.33% (P0.05) and 70.83% (P0.05), respectively. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). The cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). The mean onset time of treatment group and control group were 5.94 and 13.88 days respectively (P0.05). Conclusion low dose and short course of prednisone combined with isoretinoic acid is effective and effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.
