性病門診患者1786例HPV基因亞型分析

【摘要】:目的了解性病門診患者人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染情況和病毒亞型分布情況,為當(dāng)?shù)馗呶H巳篐PV感染流行病學(xué)研究和診療提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2012年1月-12月用PCR-反向斑點(diǎn)雜交法對本中心性病門診1 786例患者進(jìn)行HPV基因分型檢測。結(jié)果在1 786例受檢者中,男性HPV陽性檢出率為47.33%,女性HPV陽性檢出率為35.16%;男性感染HPV以6和11亞型為主,陽性率分別為38.42%和22.32%;而女性以HPV6,16,52和53型為主,陽性率分別為19.18%,15.89%,20.55%和16.16%;且男、女均以單一型HPV感染為主,感染率分別為67.23%和55.34%;以上差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。受檢男性和女性感染高峰期分別為30~39歲和20~29歲。結(jié)論性病門診男性和女性患者感染HPV主要基因亞型不同,均以單一亞型感染為主,男性常見低危HPV6和11型,女性HPV6,16,52和53型感染率最高。女性HPV感染高;颊哳净紝m頸癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加,高危人群感染HPV年齡為20~40歲。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) subtypes in STD outpatients in order to provide a reference for epidemiological study and diagnosis and treatment of HPV infection in high risk population. Methods from January to December, 2012, the HPV genotyping of 1 786 STD outpatients in our center was detected by PCR- reverse dot blot hybridization. Results among 1 786 subjects, the positive rate of HPV was 47.33 for males and 35.16.5 for females, 38.42% for males and 22.32% for 11 subtypes of HPV, while the positive rates were 19.1815.8920.55% and 16.1665% for females, and 16.1655% for males and 16.1655% for females, respectively. The infection rate of single type HPV was 67.23% and 55.34%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The peak period of infection in males and females was 30 ~ 39 years old and 20 ~ 29 years old respectively. Conclusion the main gene subtypes of HPV infection in male and female patients in STD clinic were different, and most of them were infected by single subtype. The most common low risk HPV6 and 11 type were found in male, and the highest infection rate was found in female HPV6 / 1652 and 53 type. The risk of cervical cancer was increased in women with high risk of HPV infection. The age of HPV infection was 20 ~ 40 years old.
