【摘要】：目的了解石家莊市大學(xué)生痤瘡患病率及其對危險因素的知曉情況,為制定預(yù)防和干預(yù)措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣的方法在石家莊市在校大學(xué)生中抽樣,以調(diào)查問卷的方式收集危險因素認知情況資料,并檢查其痤瘡患病情況,用SPSS13.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果石家莊市大學(xué)生痤瘡危險因素知曉率24.49%(227/927),患病率為39.49%(293/742)。男生患病率高于女生,但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不同年級、專業(yè)和生源地知曉率和患病率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),大學(xué)生患病率與其危險因素知曉率呈負相關(guān)。結(jié)論石家莊市在校大學(xué)生痤瘡患病率較高,知曉率較低。加強健康教育和提高對痤瘡危險因素的認知度可能是降低痤瘡患病率的有效途徑之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of acne and its risk factors among college students in Shijiazhuang, and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and intervention measures. Methods the stratified cluster random sampling method was used to collect the risk factors' cognitive data and check the prevalence of acne in Shijiazhuang. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Results the awareness rate of acne risk factors among college students in Shijiazhuang was 24.49% (227 / 927) and the prevalence rate was 39.49% (293 / 742). The prevalence rate of male students was higher than that of girls, but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). There were significant differences in the rates of awareness and prevalence among different grades, majors and students (P0.05). The prevalence rate of college students was negatively correlated with their awareness of risk factors. Conclusion the prevalence of acne in college students in Shijiazhuang City is higher and the awareness rate is low. Strengthening health education and raising awareness of acne risk factors may be one of the effective ways to reduce the incidence of acne.
