【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒女,13歲。軀干及四肢紅斑鱗屑6年。6年前患兒無(wú)明顯誘因軀干四肢出現(xiàn)散在綠豆大紅斑,上附銀白色鱗屑,無(wú)明顯瘙癢,曾在多家醫(yī)院就診,診斷為濕疹、特應(yīng)性皮炎、銀屑病等,經(jīng)多種治療無(wú)效,皮損逐漸增多、增大且在軀干融合成大片不規(guī)則形鱗屑斑。患兒自發(fā)病以來(lái)無(wú)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、胸腹疼痛等不適。否認(rèn)結(jié)核、肝炎等傳染病史。家族中亦無(wú)類似疾病患者。體檢:系統(tǒng)檢查未見(jiàn)異常。皮膚科情況:前胸、后背彌漫性
[Abstract]:The clinical data were 13 years old. Six years ago, no obvious inducement was found in the trunk and extremities of the child, which appeared in the large erythema of mung bean with silver white scales and no obvious itching. He had been seen in many hospitals and was diagnosed with eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. After many kinds of treatment, the skin lesions gradually increased, enlarged and fused into a large area of irregular scaly spots in the trunk. No fever, cough, chest or abdominal pain, etc. Deny history of tuberculosis, hepatitis and other infectious diseases. There are no patients with similar diseases in the family.
