【摘要】：目的 :探索程序性死亡配體1(programmed death-ligand 1,PD-L1)在肢端和黏膜黑素瘤患者中的表達(dá)情況,并探討其與臨床病理特征及預(yù)后之間的相關(guān)性。方法 :收集109例肢端和79例黏膜亞型黑素瘤患者的臨床資料。采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)患者病灶石蠟包埋組織中PD-L1的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)合患者臨床及病理特征、生存時(shí)間等臨床數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果 :肢端型患者中PD-L1的陽性表達(dá)率為24.77%(27/109),PD-L1在進(jìn)展期(Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)中的陽性表達(dá)率明顯高于早期(Ⅰ/Ⅱ期)(P=0.006)。黏膜黑素瘤患者中PD-L1的陽性表達(dá)率為30.38%(24/79),與臨床及病理特征無關(guān);單因素分析中,PD-L1陽性者的無病生存時(shí)間明顯縮短(P=0.009),但在多因素分析中有縮短的趨勢(shì),但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.063)。結(jié)論 :部分肢端和黏膜黑素瘤患者中PD-L1表達(dá)為陽性,這為在上述2種亞型中使用程序性死亡受體-1(programmed death-1,PD-1)單克隆抗體的治療提供了理論依據(jù)。肢端黑素瘤中PD-L1的表達(dá)與腫瘤進(jìn)展相關(guān),黏膜黑素瘤中PD-L1具有一定的預(yù)后判定價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1 (programmed death-ligand 1 pPD-L1) in patients with extremity and mucosal melanoma, and to explore its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods: the clinical data of 109 cases of extremity melanoma and 79 cases of mucosal subtype melanoma were collected.
