【摘要】：目的以門診就診患者為基礎(chǔ),通過問卷調(diào)查,了解門診甲病患者的甲損害臨床特征及伴發(fā)疾病。方法于2014年8月-2015年6月,選擇皮膚科門診作為調(diào)查點,對所有門診就診的甲病患者,由皮膚科醫(yī)生仔細(xì)進(jìn)行�？茩z查并填寫問卷,將所獲得的資料核對并錄入WPS表格軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查131份,資料完整的126份,男女比例1:1.3。甲損害的部位以手拇指居多(42.0%)。甲損害皮損中,以甲肥厚最為明顯(33.3%)。病情加重有明顯誘發(fā)因素的占52.4%,在有明顯誘發(fā)因素的患者中,外傷(54.5%)為主要誘發(fā)因素。76.2%的甲病患者生活質(zhì)量受到不同程度影響。結(jié)論甲病主要累及手拇指甲,甲肥厚為其主要表現(xiàn),外傷是誘發(fā)加重的主要因素,手足癬是最常見的伴發(fā)疾病。多數(shù)甲病患者的生活質(zhì)量受到不同程度的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and concomitant diseases of A-disease in outpatients by questionnaire. Methods from August 2014 to June 2015, the dermatologist selected the dermatology outpatient as the investigation point. Check the obtained data and input into the WPS form software system for statistical analysis. Results A total of 131 cases were investigated, 126 with complete data, and the ratio of male to female was 1: 1.3. Most of the lesions occurred in the thumb of the hand (42.0%). The hypertrophy of nail was the most obvious (33.3%). 52.4% of the patients with aggravation had obvious inducing factors. Among the patients with obvious inducing factors, 54.5% (54.5%) suffered from trauma (54.5%), and 76.2% of the patients with disease A were affected by different degrees of quality of life. Conclusion nail disease mainly involves thumb nail, nail hypertrophy is its main manifestation, trauma is the main factor to induce aggravation, hand and foot tinea is the most common concomitant disease. The quality of life of most patients with A-A is affected to some extent.
