【摘要】：正患者女,25歲。因軀干、口腔紅斑及水皰1年余,甲下瘀斑1個月就診�；颊�2014年8月在外院查出懷孕,1個月后自覺口腔黏膜無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)疼痛,但無明顯糜爛及潰瘍,未予特殊治療。孕3個月時肚臍周圍出現(xiàn)松弛性水皰并逐漸增多,皰壁極易破裂,形成紅色濕潤糜爛面,結(jié)黃褐色痂皮,后逐漸散發(fā)全身,尤以胸部多見,口腔黏膜損害加重,疼痛難忍,飲水困難,在外院診斷為天皰
[Abstract]:The patient is 25 years old. Due to trunk, oral erythema and blisters for more than 1 year, 1 month treatment for subarachnoid ecchymosis. The patient was found pregnant in the hospital in August 2014. After one month, there was no obvious inducement of pain in oral mucosa, but no obvious erosion and ulcers, and no special treatment was given. During the third month of pregnancy, loose blisters appeared around the navel and gradually increased. The bullae wall was easily broken, forming a red moist erosion surface, forming a yellowish brown crust, and then gradually distributing out all over the body, especially in the chest.
