【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,48歲。全身彌漫性潮紅伴鱗屑2個(gè)月�；颊哂�2年前無(wú)明顯誘因軀干及四肢出現(xiàn)彌漫性潮紅且逐步蔓延至全身,伴大量細(xì)小鱗屑。當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院予阿維A膠囊等對(duì)癥治療后好轉(zhuǎn)。出院1周后私人診所予中草藥(組分不詳)口服,并停用阿維A膠囊,后皮損逐步加重,并泛發(fā)全身,遂至本院就診。體檢:一般情況可,血白蛋白32g/L,余未見(jiàn)異常。予白蛋白靜滴
[Abstract]:The male patient was 48 years old. The whole body diffuse flashes with scales for 2 months. The patient developed diffuse flushing of torso and extremities 2 years ago and spread to the whole body with a large number of small scales. The local hospital gives Avi A capsule and so on the symptomatic treatment after the improvement. One week after discharge, Chinese herbal medicine (unknown component) was given to the private clinic, and Avera capsule was stopped. The skin lesion was gradually aggravated and spread to the whole body, so I went to our hospital for medical treatment.
