【摘要】：正 1 臨床資料例1.男,17歲。因頭皮肉紅色疣狀增生物17年,指狀贅生物2年余,于2006年2月就診�；颊叱錾鷷r即發(fā)現(xiàn)左枕部有一肉紅色斑塊,略高于皮面,漸增大呈疣狀,皮損部位頭發(fā)稀少。2年前,皮損邊緣出現(xiàn)一紅色贅生物,近2個月來增生明顯,梳頭或抓破后有少量出血,無自覺癥狀。皮膚科檢查:左枕部頭皮見一直徑約3 cm肉紅色斑塊,表面呈顆粒狀。斑塊邊緣見一指狀
