【摘要】： 目的:比較紅光(630nm)和藍(lán)光(415nm)聯(lián)合治療面部痤瘡與單純藍(lán)光(415nm)治療面部痤瘡的臨床療效。 方法:將61例面部痤瘡患者隨機(jī)分為紅藍(lán)光聯(lián)合治療組與單純藍(lán)光治療組,分別進(jìn)行8周治療,于實(shí)驗(yàn)第2.4.6.8周對(duì)療效進(jìn)行比較分析。 結(jié)果:59例患者完成了實(shí)驗(yàn),紅藍(lán)光聯(lián)合治療組對(duì)膿皰、結(jié)節(jié)/囊腫的療效(皮損總數(shù)的減少率)較單純藍(lán)光治療組好,而單純藍(lán)光治療組對(duì)丘疹的療效較好,所得結(jié)果均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。8周治療結(jié)束后,兩組皮損總有效率無差異性(P0.05)。 結(jié)論:紅藍(lán)光聯(lián)合治療及單純藍(lán)光治療均對(duì)面部痤瘡有一定的療效,雖然二者總體療效無差別,但對(duì)不同類型皮疹的療效不同,且所得結(jié)果有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of red light (630nm) and blue light (415nm) in the treatment of facial acne. Methods: Sixty-one patients with facial acne were randomly divided into red and blue light combined treatment group and pure blue light treatment group for 8 weeks respectively. The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed at 2.4.6.8 weeks in the experiment. Results the results showed that the curative effect of the combined red and blue light group on pustules, nodules / cysts (the reduction rate of the total number of lesions) was better than that of the pure blue light treatment group, but the blue light group was better than the blue light group in the treatment of papules. The results were statistically significant (P0.05) after the end of the treatment, the two groups had no difference in the total effective rate of skin lesions (P0.05). Conclusion: the combination of red and blue light therapy and pure blue light therapy have certain curative effect on facial acne. Although there is no difference in the overall curative effect between them, the curative effect is different for different types of rash, and the results are statistically significant.
