【摘要】：正細胞性藍痣(cellular blue nevus,CBN)是一種后天性真皮或皮下色素性腫瘤,細胞豐富,常呈膨脹性生長。CBN是一種良性病變,但有報道典型良性的CBN引流區(qū)域淋巴結(jié)被膜上可見痣細胞團,而在淋巴結(jié)實質(zhì)中極其罕見痣細胞團,瘤細胞在淋巴結(jié)中的這種定位仍被認為屬于良性而非惡性生物學行為!1-3]。本文報道1例CBN伴淋巴結(jié)累及,并復習相關文獻進一步論述其臨床病理學特征、診斷及鑒別診斷。1材料與方法1.1臨床資料患者男性,22歲。因右側(cè)大腿根
