【摘要】：目的探討超脈沖二氧化碳點陣激光聯(lián)合激光輔助曲安奈德注射液經(jīng)皮導入治療腋臭局部皮膚切除術(shù)后瘢痕的有效性及安全性。方法 16例腋臭局部皮膚切除術(shù)后遺留瘢痕患者,瘢痕為條索狀增生性瘢痕,采用超脈沖二氧化碳點陣激光Deep FX聯(lián)合UPCO2或Active FX采用人工點陣模式治療瘢痕,治療后即刻曲安奈德與利多卡因稀釋液順點陣微孔經(jīng)皮導入瘢痕組織,3~4個月后行第2次治療,觀察其有效性和不良反應。結(jié)果瘢痕改善總有效率為76.5%,其中瘢痕的厚度、質(zhì)地改善最明顯,顏色改善一般,未觀察到嚴重不良反應和并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論超脈沖二氧化碳點陣激光聯(lián)合曲安奈德經(jīng)點陣微孔導入治療腋臭局部皮膚切除術(shù)后瘢痕療效顯著,不良反應小,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of superpulse carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with laser assisted triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of scar after local excision of axillary osmidrosis. Methods Sixteen patients with scar left after local excision of axillary osmidrosis were treated with hypertrophic scar. Hypertrophic scar was treated by ultrashort carbon dioxide laser deep FX combined with UPCO2 or Active FX in artificial lattice mode. Immediately after treatment, triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine diluted solution were introduced into scar tissue 3 ~ 4 months later. Results the total effective rate of scar improvement was 76. 5%. The thickness and texture of scar were the most obvious and the color was improved generally. No serious adverse reactions and complications were observed. Conclusion Ultra-pulse carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of scar after local excision of axillary osmidrosis.
