【摘要】：皮膚疾病,特別是濕疹、皮炎和痤瘡等不僅影響個(gè)人形象,還可引起軀體感覺(jué)不適或精神異常.皮膚疾病影響人群廣泛,病因復(fù)雜,復(fù)發(fā)率高,全球范圍內(nèi)患病人數(shù)不斷增加.皮膚疾病與心理疾病之間存在密切聯(lián)系,并且心理疾病的患病比例增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)也很明顯.近年來(lái)的研究表明,腸道狀態(tài)、腸道微生物以及心理疾病與皮膚疾病的關(guān)聯(lián)稱(chēng)作腸道-大腦-皮膚軸(腸-腦-皮軸).腸道微生物可影響皮膚疾病的發(fā)生,并且精神狀態(tài)與腸道微生物健康狀況可折射皮膚健康狀況.反之,皮膚狀況也可作為精神狀態(tài)和腸道微生物健康狀況的評(píng)估參照.飲食是通過(guò)腸-腦-皮軸影響皮膚的重要因素,而心理因素對(duì)皮膚健康的影響也不能忽視.通過(guò)將腸道和皮膚微生物、腸道狀態(tài)、大腦以及皮膚作為一個(gè)系統(tǒng),而非獨(dú)立對(duì)待,進(jìn)而圍繞腸-腦-皮軸進(jìn)行干預(yù)將是解決皮膚疾病的重要方法.未來(lái)皮膚病的治療趨勢(shì)是將飲食、益生菌、益生元、藥物和心理健康等方式綜合運(yùn)用.本文將重點(diǎn)介紹人類(lèi)第二基因組——人體微生物組、腸道-大腦-皮膚軸與皮膚疾病的關(guān)系以及相互影響有關(guān)的研究進(jìn)展.
[Abstract]:Skin diseases, especially eczema, dermatitis and acne, not only affect personal image, but also cause somatic discomfort or mental disorders. Skin disease affects a wide range of people, complex etiology, high recurrence rate, the number of patients in the world is increasing. There is a close relationship between skin diseases and psychological diseases, and the increasing trend of the prevalence of psychological diseases is also obvious. Recent studies have shown that intestinal conditions, intestinal microbes, and the association of mental disorders with skin diseases are known as the entero-brain-skin axis. Intestinal microorganism can affect the occurrence of skin disease, and mental state and intestinal microorganism health state can reflect the skin health condition. Conversely, the skin condition can also be used as a reference for the assessment of mental state and intestinal microbial health. Diet is an important factor influencing skin through entero-brain-skin axis, and the influence of psychological factors on skin health can not be ignored. By treating intestinal and skin microbes, intestinal states, brain and skin as a system rather than independent treatment, and then intervening around the entero-brain-skin axis, it will be an important way to solve skin diseases. In the future, the treatment trend of skin diseases is to combine diet, probiotics, drugs and mental health. This paper will focus on the research progress of the relationship between the second human genome-human microorganism, the relationship between intestinal, cerebral-skin axis and skin diseases, and the interaction between them.
