【摘要】：目的:了解米諾環(huán)素聯(lián)合煙酰胺治療大皰性類天皰瘡的療效。方法:121例大皰性類天皰瘡患者初診時(shí)給予米諾環(huán)素200mg/d;煙酰胺600-1500mg/d,服用2周。2周后復(fù)查,根據(jù)病情或繼續(xù)口服米諾環(huán)素及煙酰胺;或米諾環(huán)素及煙酰胺加服少量潑尼松;或停服米諾環(huán)素及煙酰胺,改為單獨(dú)服用潑尼松或用其他方法治療,總共隨訪觀察24周。結(jié)果:使用米諾環(huán)素聯(lián)合煙酰胺治療2周后達(dá)到完全控制40例(33.1%),基本控制48例(39.7%),無效33例(27.3%)。有效者合計(jì)88例(72.7%),最終完成24周米諾環(huán)素聯(lián)合煙酰胺治療的有29例(24.0%)。嚴(yán)重程度與2周后療效,經(jīng)Spearman相關(guān)分析,r=0.264,P=0.003,有顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:輕中度的大皰性類天皰瘡患者,可以考慮首選米諾環(huán)素聯(lián)合煙酰胺治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy of minocycline combined with nicotinamide in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid. Methods 121 patients with bullous pemphigoid were treated with minocycline 200 mg / d, nicotinamide 600-1500 mg / d for 2 weeks, followed up with minocycline and niacinamide according to their condition, or minocycline and nicotinamide plus a small amount of prednisone. Instead of minocycline and nicotinamide, prednisone alone or other treatment were followed up for a total of 24 weeks. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment with minocycline combined with nicotinamide, 40 cases (33.1%) were completely controlled, 48 cases (39.7%) were basically controlled, and 33 cases were ineffective. In total, 88 cases were effective and 29 cases were treated with minocycline combined with nicotinamide for 24 weeks. There was a significant correlation between the severity and the curative effect after 2 weeks by Spearman correlation analysis. Conclusion: milocycline combined with nicotinamide is the first choice for patients with bullous pemphigoid.
