【摘要】：目的:觀察毫火針聯(lián)合中藥補(bǔ)腎活血方、外用他克莫司軟膏治療白癜風(fēng)的臨床療效。方法:選取2014年4月-2015年6月于江蘇省中醫(yī)院皮膚科就診的30例肝腎不足證型白癜風(fēng)患者,共選取90片皮損,每例病例皮損自身設(shè)對(duì)照區(qū)、治療區(qū),各45片皮損。予中藥補(bǔ)腎活血方內(nèi)服、他克莫司軟膏外涂,治療區(qū)在上述內(nèi)服外治的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用毫火針治療。治療12周后對(duì)比觀察療效,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:治療12周后,治療區(qū)有效率95.56%,明顯高于對(duì)照區(qū)66.67%(P0.05);治療區(qū)總復(fù)色率29.10%,明顯高于對(duì)照區(qū)8.40%(P0.05)。結(jié)論:毫火針聯(lián)合補(bǔ)腎活血方、他克莫司軟膏治療白癜風(fēng)能明顯提高復(fù)色率,提高療效,效果優(yōu)于補(bǔ)腎活血方聯(lián)合他克莫司軟膏治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue recipe for vitiligo. Methods: from April 2014 to June 2015, 30 patients with vitiligo with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were selected from Department of Dermatology, Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. A total of 90 lesions were selected. Each case was divided into control area and treatment area with 45 lesions. Traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue prescription, tacrolimus ointment external application, the treatment area on the basis of the above internal administration, the use of Needle Needle. After 12 weeks of treatment, the curative effect was compared and analyzed statistically. Results: after 12 weeks of treatment, the effective rate in the treatment area was 95.56, which was significantly higher than that in the control area (P 0.05), and the total color recovery rate in the treatment area was 29.10%, which was significantly higher than that in the control area (8.40%, P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of vitiligo with Fuhuo Needle combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe and tacrolimus ointment can obviously increase the color recovery rate and improve the curative effect, and the effect is better than that of Bushen Huoxue Fang and tacrolimus Ointment.
