【摘要】：正例1.患者,女,58歲,因雙手指端、軀干結(jié)節(jié)10年于2012年10月25日來我科門診就診。10年前該患者無明顯病誘因于右手小指皮膚出現(xiàn)白色硬結(jié),約米粒大小,無疼痛,無發(fā)熱,手指活動、感覺正常,遂至當?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,建議行組織活檢,但患者拒絕,故未予以特殊處理,后各手指及軀干部逐漸出現(xiàn)類似皮疹,無疼痛,部分破潰后流出白色內(nèi)容物,傷口外用莫匹羅星軟膏后愈合�；颊邽榍筮M一步明確診斷,遂就

Therefore, no special treatment was given, and the fingers and body cadres gradually appeared like a rash, without pain, and after partial ulceration, the white contents were outflowed, and the wound was healed after the external use of Mupirocin Ointment.
