【摘要】：正1病例介紹患兒,男,1歲3個月,因"皮疹5 d,發(fā)熱3 d"入院�；純喝朐�5 d前曾因"支氣管肺炎"于我院呼吸科住院,期間因發(fā)熱給予雙氯芬酸鉀栓(昆山培力藥品有限公司,批號:1303006)12.5 mg,用藥后第2天出現皮疹,為充血性丘疹,疹間皮膚正常,部分融合成片,伴輕度瘙癢感,不影響睡眠及飲食,考慮為病毒疹,未予特殊處理,皮疹無明顯增多,后患兒病情好轉遂出院,3 d前(出院當天)患兒又出現發(fā)熱,最高39.8℃(腋
