【摘要】：目的:探討HBD-2、IFN-?、NF-κBp65在尋常型銀屑病皮損中的表達(dá)和其與銀屑病嚴(yán)重程度的關(guān)系,以及在尋常型銀屑病中的作用機(jī)制。 方法:采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)45例銀屑病患者皮損組織、非皮損組織及15例正常皮膚組織標(biāo)本中HBD-2、IFN-?、NF-κBp65的表達(dá),比較不同組別間HBD-2、IFN-?、NF-κBp65的表達(dá)的差異并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。根據(jù)PASI評(píng)分將45例尋常型銀屑病患者分為輕、中、重三組,其中輕度組25例,中度組12例,重度組8例。檢測(cè)輕、中、重皮損處HBD-2、IFN-?、NF-κBp65的表達(dá),比較不同組別間三者表達(dá)的差異。 結(jié)果:1、與正常人皮膚組織和銀屑病患者非皮損區(qū)相比,銀屑病患者皮損區(qū)中HBD-2、IFN-?、NF-κBp65的表達(dá)明顯上調(diào),而非皮損區(qū)HBD-2、IFN-?的表達(dá)也高于正常人皮膚組織,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05) ;NF-κBp65在皮損區(qū)的表達(dá)相對(duì)于非皮損區(qū)、正常皮膚組織顯著表達(dá),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),非皮損區(qū)與正常皮膚組織相比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2、在尋常型銀屑病皮損區(qū)HBD-2、IFN-?、NF-κBp65在重度組中的表達(dá)高于輕度組和中度組,在中度組的表達(dá)高于輕度組,兩組之間相比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3、在尋常型銀屑病皮損區(qū)IFN-?、NF-κBp65的表達(dá)水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.761,P0.05); HBD-2、NF-κBp65的表達(dá)水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.740,P0.05);HBD-2、IFN-?的表達(dá)水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.851,P0.05)。 結(jié)論:本研究結(jié)果表明HBD-2,IFN-?,NF-κBp65在尋常型銀屑病皮損中的表達(dá)均升高,且三者之間均存在正相關(guān),我們推測(cè)三者之間可能存在相互作用共同參與了銀屑病的發(fā)病過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in psoriasis vulgaris and its relationship with the severity of psoriasis, and to explore the mechanism of the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in 45 cases of psoriasis, 15 cases of normal skin and 45 cases of psoriasis were detected by immunohistochemical method. The difference of expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 between different groups was compared and the correlation was analyzed. According to PASI score, 45 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into three groups: mild, moderate and severe, including 25 mild, 12 moderate and 8 severe psoriasis. To detect the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in the lesions of light, middle and heavy lesions, and compare the differences among the three groups. Results compared with normal skin tissue and psoriatic non-lesion area, the expression of HBD-2mIFN-tr NF- 魏 Bp65 was up-regulated in psoriatic skin tissue, but not in non-lesion area of psoriasis, and the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 was significantly up-regulated in psoriatic skin tissue and psoriatic lesions. The expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in skin lesions was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissues, and the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in normal skin tissues was significantly higher than that in normal skin tissues. There was no significant difference between non-skin lesions and normal skin tissues. The expression of HBD-2IFN-fi-NF- 魏 Bp65 in severe psoriasis was higher than that in mild and moderate psoriasis, and the expression of NF- 魏 was higher in moderate and moderate psoriasis than that in mild psoriasis. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with the expression level of NF- 魏 Bp65 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris, and the expression level of NF- 魏 Bp65 in HBD-2 was positively correlated with that of P0.05HBD-0.740P0.05in psoriatic psoriasis vulgaris. The expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 was positively correlated with the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in psoriasis vulgaris. There was a positive correlation between the expression level and the expression level of P0.05. Conclusion: the results of this study indicate that the expression of NF- 魏 Bp65 in psoriasis vulgaris is increased, and there is a positive correlation among them. We speculate that the interaction among them may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
