【摘要】：惡性黑色素瘤的腦轉(zhuǎn)移治療方法有限,預(yù)后差。隨著免疫治療及分子靶向治療的發(fā)展,以過繼性細(xì)胞回輸治療、CTLA-4抑制劑、PD-1抑制劑、BRFA抑制劑和MEK抑制劑等新的內(nèi)科治療方案正逐步改善著惡性黑色素瘤腦轉(zhuǎn)移病人的預(yù)后,顯示出良好的應(yīng)用前景。本文對惡性黑色素瘤腦轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)科治療進(jìn)展做一綜述,以期臨床醫(yī)生和科研工作者進(jìn)一步重視此方面的研究。
[Abstract]:The treatment of malignant melanoma with brain metastasis is limited and the prognosis is poor. With the development of immunotherapy and molecular targeted therapy, new medical treatments such as CTLA-4 inhibitor, PD-1 inhibitor, BRFA inhibitor and MEK inhibitor, are gradually improving the prognosis of patients with brain metastasis of malignant melanoma. It shows good application prospect. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of brain metastases of malignant melanoma and expects clinicians and researchers to pay more attention to this aspect.
