【摘要】：目的了解長春地區(qū)生殖器皰疹患者中HSV-1和HSV-2的感染情況,并進行生殖器皰疹的流行病學特點分析。 方法采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)法對皮膚性病科門診患者進行了HSV-1和HSV-2型血清抗體的檢測,對其中530例臨床診斷為生殖器皰疹患者,做了詳細記錄。 結(jié)果530例患者中男性311人(58.68%),女性219人(41.32%)。其中HSV-1 IgM抗體陽性的有60例(11.32%),HSV-1 IgG抗體陽性的有471例(88.87%),HSV-2 IgM抗體陽性的有213例(40.19%),HSV-2 IgG抗體陽性的有349例(65.85%)。年齡中最小的為21天,最大的為88歲,以31~40歲最多為210例(39.62%),其次由多到少依次為21~30歲,41~50歲,51~60歲, 20歲以下,61歲以上。職業(yè)中主要以自由職業(yè)和民工最多,分別有89例和82例。非婚性性行為傳播感染所致374例(70.57%)最多,配偶間傳播為103例(19.43%),間接或母嬰傳播53例(10.00%)。外生殖器現(xiàn)在無皮損者有167人,占31.51%,生殖器或肛門周圍有水皰、潰瘍、糜爛,并排除硬下疳、軟下疳和Behcet綜合癥等引起生殖器潰瘍的疾病的患者有363人,占68.49%。初發(fā)的有304例(55.85%),復(fù)發(fā)的有226例(44.15%),其中頻繁發(fā)作(≥6次/年)85人(16.04%)。 結(jié)論長春地區(qū)生殖器皰疹患者以HSV-2感染為主。女性近期感染患者多于男性。生殖器皰疹患者以21~40歲性活躍人群為高發(fā)年齡組,復(fù)發(fā)患者職業(yè)主要為自由職業(yè)和民工,以通過非婚性性行為途徑感染為主。HSV-1IgM、HSV-2IgM抗體陽性率在初發(fā)患者中比例最高,非頻繁復(fù)發(fā)患者主要以HSV-2 IgG陽性為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection of HSV-1 and HSV-2 in genital herpes patients in Changchun area and to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of genital herpes. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to detect serum HSV-1 and HSV-2 antibodies in outpatients with cutaneous venereal diseases. Among them, 530 patients with genital herpes were recorded in detail. Results among 530 patients, 311 were male and 219 were female. Among them, there were 60 cases with HSV-1 IgM antibody positive and 471 cases with HSV-1 IgG antibody positive. There were 213 cases with HSV-2 IgM antibody positive, and there were 349 cases with HSV-2 IgG antibody positive. The youngest age was 21 days and the largest was 88 years old. Among them, 210 cases were 39.62 years old at the age of 31 ~ 40, followed by 21 ~ 30 years old, 41 ~ 1 ~ 50 years old and 51 ~ 60 years old, and under 20 years old or over 61 years old. Freelance and migrant workers were the most common occupations, 89 and 82, respectively. Among the 374 cases caused by non-marital sexually transmitted infections (70.57), there were 103 cases of spousal transmission, and 53 cases of indirect or mother-to-child transmission (10.00%). There are 167 people without skin lesions in the external genitals, accounting for 31.51.The patients with vesicles, ulcers, erosions around the genitals or anus, and excluding hard chancre, chancre and Behcet syndrome, have 363 patients, accounting for 68.49% of the diseases that cause genital ulcers.
