【摘要】：正1病例介紹患兒,男,3歲。主因軀干及雙下肢皮疹5 d來(lái)我院就診�，F(xiàn)病史:患兒5 d前被蚊蟲(chóng)叮咬后軀干及雙下肢出現(xiàn)紅色水腫性丘疹,自覺(jué)瘙癢明顯,于當(dāng)?shù)赝庥脿t甘石洗劑效果欠佳。體檢:患兒一般情況可,軀干部及雙下肢散在多發(fā)紅色水腫性丘疹,直徑0.5~1.0 cm,伴瘙癢,抓撓嚴(yán)重處皮膚有破潰。診斷為丘疹性蕁麻疹。給予除濕止癢洗液(四川省通園制藥有限
[Abstract]:One case was introduced, male was 3 years old. The main causes of trunk and lower extremity rash came to our hospital for 5 days. The present history: after being bitten by mosquito 5 days ago, the children had red edema papules on their torso and lower limbs, and had obvious pruritus. The effect of calamine lotion was not good in the local area. Physical examination: in general, the trunk and lower extremities were scattered in multiple red edema papules with a diameter of 0.5 ~ 1.0 cm, accompanied by itching, severe scratching of the skin and ulceration. Diagnosis of papular urticaria. Give dehumidification and antipruritic lotion (Sichuan Tongyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)
