【摘要】： 目的:皮膚光老化是皮膚長(zhǎng)期受到日光照射所引起的損害,表現(xiàn)為皺紋、皮膚粗糙、干燥、松弛、不規(guī)則色素改變、毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張,甚至可以發(fā)生良性或惡性腫瘤。強(qiáng)脈沖光(iniensePulsedllght,IPL)技術(shù)作為新一代非剝脫性皮膚美容術(shù),在治療光老化方面具有很大優(yōu)勢(shì)。本課題旨在研究調(diào)整強(qiáng)脈沖光治療光老化的治療間隔及治療劑量,研究其是否對(duì)治療效果產(chǎn)生影響。 方法:采用科醫(yī)人公司的Lumenis One激光治療儀IPL治療頭對(duì)20例符合光老化診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且左右面部皮損相對(duì)對(duì)稱女性受試者進(jìn)行治療,治療時(shí)受試者左右面部分為4次治療側(cè)、8次治療側(cè),采用每3周1次共4次相對(duì)大劑量及每周1次共8次相對(duì)小劑量的治療,并分別于治療后1月評(píng)價(jià)效果。 結(jié)果:根據(jù)治療前與治療后1月照片對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)治療面部雙側(cè)皮損均有消退,受試者滿意率兩側(cè)均達(dá)70%;醫(yī)生根據(jù)前后照片比較發(fā)現(xiàn)兩側(cè)皮損消退均在80%以上,且無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 受試者滿意度4次治療側(cè)非常滿意7例,滿意7例,一般5例,不滿意1例, 8次治療側(cè)非常滿意8例,滿意6例,一般5例,不滿意1例,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 與治療前相比,4次/8次治療側(cè)面部角質(zhì)層含水量均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異結(jié)論:強(qiáng)脈沖光治療光老化效果好,降低治療劑量、縮短治療間隔、增加治療次數(shù)后仍可達(dá)到理想結(jié)果,且起效較快。
[Abstract]:Objective: skin photoaging is a kind of skin damage caused by sunlight irradiation for a long time. It is characterized by wrinkles, rough skin, dry, loose, irregular pigmentation, capillary dilatation and even benign or malignant tumor. As a new generation of non-exfoliative skin beauty surgery, strong pulse light pulse lasing (IPL) technique has great advantages in the treatment of photoaging. The aim of this study was to study the effects of intense pulse light on the treatment of photoaging by adjusting the therapeutic interval and dose. Methods: 20 female subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of photoaging and left and right facial skin lesions were treated with Lumenis One laser therapy instrument IPL. The left and right faces of the subjects were divided into four sides of treatment and eight times of treatment. The patients were treated with four relatively large doses once every 3 weeks and eight relatively low doses once a week, and the effects were evaluated at 1 month after treatment. Results: according to the contrast of photos before and after treatment, the bilateral skin lesions of both sides of the treated face were abated, and the satisfaction rate of both sides of the patients reached 70%, and the doctors found that the bilateral skin lesions disappeared more than 80% according to the comparison of the images before and after treatment. There was no statistical difference. There were 7 cases of satisfaction, 7 cases of satisfaction, 5 cases of general, 1 case of unsatisfactory, 8 cases of satisfaction, 6 cases of satisfaction, 5 cases of average, 1 case of unsatisfactory, 8 times of treatment, 6 cases of satisfaction, 5 cases of general, 1 case of unsatisfactory. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in water content in lateral keratinocytes between 4 times / 8 times treatment and before treatment. Conclusion: strong pulse light therapy has good effect on photoaging, reduces treatment dose, shortens treatment interval, and still achieves ideal results after increasing treatment times. And the effect is faster.
