【摘要】：目的了解環(huán)狀扁平苔蘚的臨床特點(diǎn)、好發(fā)部位以及發(fā)病年齡等。方法回顧性分析本院2008年6月-2013年6月經(jīng)過(guò)組織病理確診的12例環(huán)狀扁平苔蘚患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 12例環(huán)狀扁平苔蘚患者中,男9例,女3例;年齡21～65歲,皮損好發(fā)部位依次為陰莖、肢端、軀干、額部和下唇。均未累及口腔、女陰、頭皮和指/趾甲,皮損呈環(huán)狀分布,邊緣輕度隆起。7例皮損單發(fā),5例皮損多發(fā),均無(wú)同形反應(yīng)。66.67%患者無(wú)瘙癢。結(jié)論本病皮損主要累及陰莖,偶可累及肢端和軀干,皮損多局限于一個(gè)或數(shù)個(gè)部位。本病臨床上主要與環(huán)狀肉芽腫、汗孔角化癥和銀屑病等相鑒別。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features, location and age of lichen planus. Methods the clinical data of 12 cases of annular lichen planus diagnosed by histopathology from June 2008 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results among 12 patients with annular lichen planus, there were 9 males and 3 females, aged 21 to 65 years. The predilection sites of lesions were penis, extremity, trunk, frontal part and lower lip. No oral cavity was involved. The skin lesions were circular distribution in vulva, scalp and finger / toenail. There was no itching in 5 cases with slight marginal eminence in 5 cases with single lesion. There was no isomorphic reaction. 66.67% of the patients had no pruritus. Conclusion the lesions mainly involve the penis, sometimes the extremities and trunk, and the lesions are limited to one or more parts. The disease is clinically distinguished from annular granuloma, porokeratosis and psoriasis.
