【摘要】：正外耳道濕疹為變應(yīng)性皮膚淺表性炎癥。主要特征是外耳道瘙癢,多形性皮疹,易反復(fù)發(fā)作。目前治療主要以外用糖皮質(zhì)激素軟膏或復(fù)方制劑為主,但長(zhǎng)期外用上述制劑存在較多不良反應(yīng),如導(dǎo)致皮膚萎縮、色素沉著、毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張、加重或誘發(fā)感染等。為探討簡(jiǎn)便、有效且不良反應(yīng)少的治療方法,我們根據(jù)青鵬軟膏(西藏奇正藏藥股份有限公司生產(chǎn),批號(hào)Z54020140)的劑型和藥物配伍特點(diǎn)外用治療外耳道濕疹,并與曲
[Abstract]:Eczema of external auditory canal is allergic superficial inflammation of skin. The main characteristic is the external ear canal pruritus, pleomorphic rash, easy to repeat attack. At present, the main treatment is external glucocorticoid ointment or compound preparation, but there are many adverse reactions such as skin atrophy, pigmentation, capillary dilatation, aggravation or induced infection. In order to explore a simple, effective and less adverse reaction treatment method, we treat eczema of external auditory canal externally according to the dosage form and compatibility of Qingpeng ointment (Z54020140, batch No. Z54020140), and to treat eczema of external ear canal with the combination of Qingpeng Ointment (Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd.)
