【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)0.1%阿達(dá)帕林凝膠聯(lián)合醫(yī)用愈膚生物膜治療痤瘡炎性丘疹的療效和安全性。方法采用開(kāi)放的隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究。按照通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇炎性痤瘡患者共95例,其中治療組50例,對(duì)照組45例。治療組早晨、傍晚各外敷一次醫(yī)用愈膚生物膜,每次15min,夜間睡眠前外涂0.1%阿達(dá)帕林凝膠;對(duì)照組夜間睡眠前外涂0.1%阿達(dá)帕林凝膠。分別于初診時(shí)、2周、4周、8周觀察炎性丘疹的數(shù)量、不良反應(yīng)(干燥、紅斑、脫屑、灼熱等)的情況。結(jié)果在治療第4周時(shí),治療組有效率為66.00%,對(duì)照組為44.44%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.035);治療8周時(shí),治療組有效率為94.00%,對(duì)照組為77.78%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.022);治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為6.00%,對(duì)照組為22.22%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.008)。結(jié)論阿達(dá)帕林凝膠聯(lián)合醫(yī)用愈膚生物膜治療痤瘡炎性丘疹療效顯著,不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.1% adaline gel combined with medical skin healing biofilm in the treatment of acne inflammatory papules. Methods an open randomized controlled study was used. A total of 95 patients with inflammatory acne were selected according to the general criteria, including 50 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. In the morning and evening, the treatment group was treated with 0.1% adalin-gel before nighttime sleep, and the control group was treated with 0.1% adalin-gel before nighttime sleep. The quantity of inflammatory papules, adverse reactions (dry, erythema, detritus, scorching, etc.) were observed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively during the first visit. Results at the 4th week of treatment, the effective rate was 66.00 in the treatment group and 44.44 in the control group. The effective rate was 94.00 in the treatment group and 77.78 in the control group, the difference being statistically significant, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.00, and that in the control group was 22.222.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Adapaline gel combined with medical Yufu biofilm is effective in the treatment of acne inflammatory papules with less adverse reactions.
