【摘要】：正1病例資料例1.患者男,66歲。因右下眼瞼黑色異物伴瘙癢1 d,于2016年7月28日來我院就診。體格檢查:一般情況好,無發(fā)熱,裸視右眼0.8,左眼1.0。皮膚科檢查:右下眼瞼中外1/3處瞼緣一5 mm×8 mm灰褐色蟲體,可見觸角,蟲體下方有血痂,蟲頭埋于皮膚內(nèi),局部瞼緣紅腫(圖1)。裂隙燈顯微鏡下檢查可見蟲體3對觸角活動(dòng),瞼緣充血,略腫脹,球結(jié)膜無充血,角膜光滑透明,眼后段未見異常。
[Abstract]:Case 1: case 1. The patient was 66 years old. Due to right lower eyelid black foreign body with itching for 1 day, we came to our hospital on July 28, 2016. Physical examination: general good, no fever, naked vision of the right eye 0.8, left eye 1.0. Dermatology examination: the palpebral margin was 1 / 3 of the right lower eyelid. The palpebral margin was 1 5 mm 脳 8 mm. The antennae were visible. There was a blood callus beneath the parasite. The head of the worm was buried in the skin and the local eyelid margin was red and swollen (fig. 1). Slit-lamp microscope showed 3 pairs of antennae, hyperemia of eyelid margin, slight swelling, no hyperemia of bulbar conjunctiva, smooth and transparent cornea, no abnormality in posterior segment of eye.
